The Resort

The Resort is in process for a full refurbishment. It consists of 105 apartments, 6 villas and over 1,455 m2 of Common Facilities for the Residents.

The 85 apartments are already available for sale and the refurbishment will be completed in stages between June – September 2023. Additionally, 20 apartments and 6 villas are under construction with expected delivery March 2024.

Facilities include a spacious reception with lobby and cafeteria, a restaurant, a SPA of over 800 m2, including gym, jacuzzi, hammam (steam bath) sauna and internal pool area. Furthermore, there are two large outdoor pool bars and cafeteria as well as a laundry room and a mini market.

The buildings sits on 23,219 m2 of land with private roads and uninterrupted breath-taking sea views.

The Design

The Residences and Villas have been designed having in mind the warmth and hospitality that the island of Cyprus is renowned for. The resort’s buoyant Mediterranean spirit captures all its guests, welcoming them to enjoy their holidays in Paphos, Cyprus and relax amongst its excellent facilities and services.

Our resort has an array of spacious residences designed for families and couples.

The concept is to create a state-of-the-art residences with a unique architectural design, use of luxury materials, landscaped gardens and all the amenities of modern residences.

The Project Consists of both Residential Units and Common Facilities as follows:
